Happy Vday!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY. Only a little bit early...Both of these cards are mini cards meant for a quick note for Vday. They stand about 3x4". The second one opens up after you untie the ribbon to say Happy Valentines Day hidden beneath the polka dotted paper.

Wedding Wishes

 

These cards are intended to be wedding cards. The first one to send wedding wishes. The second one opens up when you move the slider and there are pockets for rsvp's and is intended as an invite design .

Tags Galore

These are some tags that I recently made. All of them have something Graphic 45 on them. A little edge punching here, some ink distressing there, and a flower plopped somewhere near the edge; add some pretty ribbon through the hole on the top and you have yourself a beautiful tag.


But I have a dilemma. I love to make tags, but I don't know what to do with them. Paula suggested to hang them up in the store in our Tim Holtz corner on that branch that's hanging from the ceiling to show off. What do you think?

Recipe Book

If the cover of this recipe book looks familiar it's because it's the same lady that's on the front of Kayla's recipe book from her class a while back. I used the same concept as her: g45 domestic goddess paper, vintage design, and a lot of distressing.

My recipe book includes recipes for all of my favorite recipes from Christmas. Both old and new. The fold out envelope on the third page has a recipe for Gadettes which are these amazing "cookies" that are more like waffles, and you make them in a waffle iron and sprinkle powdered sugar on top. They're amazing. We made them for the first time this year. It also includes Swedish nuts-another new recipe. But there's classics like green bean casserole for dinner, chex mix for a snack, and  fudge for dessert. I really enjoyed making this chipboard recipe book.
